Fantastic, fairly clean hotel with super staff and an outdoor bar. Magnificent and beautiful rooms with private bathrooms. Location not far from the beach or the town centre.

Everything was wonderful and met the needs. This hotel was perfect, with excellent service and particularly good location very near to the sea. Location: the property was so close to the pedestrian area in the center of Zagreb, a very famous restaurants, and the beach or the town centre. And it's at a walking distance from Jalp, ate there once or twice...

The hotel is absolutely mind-blowing! It's brand new, modern, and meticulously clean. The rooms are cozy and super nice. The staff is incredibly polite, helpful, and always with a smile on their faces, which is a rare find in Bulgaria. The location is perfect, within a short walk to restaurants, beaches, supermarkets, and the city center. The hotel offers both a hotel garage and plenty of free public parking spaces nearby. The food is delicious, with traditional Bulgarian dishes that are always fresh and tasty. The breakfast has everything you need, and the dinner offers a wide variety of choices. The room was always clean, with daily towel changes. The WiFi is excellent, and there's even a pool view from some of the rooms. The hotel also has an underground parking option, which is a great convenience in a busy area. The reception staff is always available and responsive to any questions or requests. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it.

The spa at Siena Palace was unfortunately closed during our stay, which was a bit disappointing as we had chosen the hotel for its nice-looking spa. However, the overall experience at the hotel was exceptional. The ambiance and attention to detail in the decor were exquisite. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a slight ocean view from the balcony. The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area, outdoor bar, and "relax zone" were beautifully designed and provided a wonderful place to unwind. The hotel's proximity to the beach, only a 10-minute walk away, was also a major plus. Additionally, the staff at Siena Palace exceeded our expectations. They were well-trained, friendly, and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne for my birthday. The buffet breakfast included in the price was tasty, and the hotel also offered free car parking. The vintage style of certain parts of the hotel added a charming touch. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as difficulty finding parking and a limited spa and gym hours, I would highly recommend Siena Palace for an enjoyable and memorable stay. it was a great experience.

The hotel is located on the main street, very near to the sea, with two great beaches to choose from, and one of them is just a short walk away. Rooms are clean and well-decorated, with quality materials, and new facilities. the service is excellent, with helpful and kind staff. Plus, the breakfast is great, with indoor and outdoor areas to dine.
The swimming pool area is narrow, and the SPA doesn't work as advertised in terms of hours, which may be inconvenient for some guests.

Our romantic escape was just perfect. The hotel was beautiful and spotless. We especially loved our spacious room with modern amenities and a large shower. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the beach and near many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed having access to private parking.
We didn't like the food very much, it was lacking in taste and variety. We were hoping for a more relaxed and spontaneous experience.

Spent Christmas at a hotel by the beach. Location was perfect for sightseeing. Facilities in the hotel were amazing and catered to everyone's needs. Staff were polite and went above and beyond to assist guests. The food was impeccable, especially the traditional Christmas dinner. The scenic views from the restaurant were spectacular and added to the ambiance.
The room was too cramped with ineffective storage solutions which spoiled the experience for us. The amenities looked outdated and in need of maintenance. The sound insulation was terrible, we could hear the activities of our neighbors as if they were in our room. The pool was not heated, which minimized the number of guests using it in winter. The limited parking for guests was an ongoing issue.
